Someone has copied my source code to build their website, does this mean
that they will be able to use my bandwidth? I do not understand how someone
can use your bandwidth but my host says this could be happening as we use a
lot - any advice please

If they're linking to your server. Such as the images.

You realise you're within your rights to have the other site taken down? The
first step is to identify the owners of the other site and their host - then
contact both. The host may well take more notice than the site owner. The
only problem you may have is if the site is hosted somewhere like China,
Eastern Europe etc who don't tend to follow our laws. If that's the case I'd
suggest you change the names of your images very quickly to avoid incurring
badnwidth charges with your host.

Cheers,
Jon
