Control Panel
- | Sounds and Audio Devices |
- /Sounds\,
in the Program events list, a speaker icon indicates
that a sound is associated with that event.
Click on the event,
choose from "Sounds:" or [Browse]
and then under "Sound Scheme:" [Save As]
[OK]

Events are coded into an application program, and they
should be "listed".
Exactly how did you attempt to create an "event"?

what if there is an event that is not listed.
I tried creating one but it did not work.
Thanks
