sounds when open website/window

I am getting annoying sounds (water drop) when I open new windows or go to
websites. I have all of the sounds turned off in the control panel/sounds
and multimedia/sounds. I also have my google popup blocker "sound when
blocking Popup" unchecked. Any help in turning these sounds off?

I found it in an earlier thread it is the cookie patrol in Pest Patrol.
