sounds in Powerpoint 07

Is there a way to embed a sound file within powerpoint so if someone where to
download it they would not have to download 2 files? One being the powerpoint
and one being the sound file. I am trying to post a PPt which contains a
sound file (in mp3) to be downloaded by others. I want them to be able to
get it in one try. Any suggestions? I am using PowerPoint 07.

PPT can have .wav audio files embedded. But this is one of the largest file
formats. You need to update a setting in PPT to allow this - here are the
details:
