sounds from 2000 into 2003

We just upgraded to 2003 from 2000 powerpoint and we cannot find the same sounds that we had before. Also what happened to the templates. You would think that they would add to and make better not take away
any help would be grea

The old templates are gone (from the basic install), but not forgotten.
