sounds coming from my computer

i have been increasingly hearing sounds coming from my computer that are
not from any of my programs. I hear music, news, radio stations that I
don't know where it comes from. Do I have a virus or something else?
I usually have to restart my computer to make them stop. Please help!

Passing cars ? ( Wi-fi system ? )

It's probably radio wave "leakage" coming from the cables that lead to your
computer speakers. You can try and moving the cables apart or buying a
ferrite core to wrap around the cables to stop the interference. Those
cores are available online from Radioshack. HTH.
