Soundex

Hi,
I am trying to do a name search on a Access Database that has details about
all the users and their phone numbers. I need to find records by just
entering a part of the user name or his/her soundex. For example, if I want
ot find the record of "WILLIAM ROGERS", I must get it by just entering
"BILL" or "WILL" or "ROGER". Any help ASAP will be really helpful.

I've seen Access Soundex code on the Net; looks like
there's an example here:

Why not have a look around, you might find a better one !?
