Can't get any sound from my XP professional (yes,
speakers are plugged in). When I check device manager, it
says "no sound device found". I reinstalled the XP
Professional disc, but it still tells me that it can't
locate the software I need. Can anyone tell me where I
can find this sound device software on line?

What is your pc type or model find that out first and one would
be able to help you better once we know your system type or
soundcard type.
