i JUST SET UP A NEW DESKTOP WITH WINDOWS XP HOME EDITION...
I CHECKED EVERYTHING I COULD THINK OF, BUT I CAN'T GET ANY SOUND.
I KNOW THAT THE MONITOR SPEAKERS WORK BECAUSE IT WAS SET UP WITH A PREVIOUS
COMPUTER & IT WORKED FINE.
ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED...

Check to make sure you have the little cable that goes from the monitor into
the back of the computer for your sound card. Easily overlooked.
