What do you mean by, "... can not get my sound to download in my comp ..."?
Are you downloading a sound file off the Internet?
Streaming audio from the internet?
Or are you using the word 'download' because it is a 'computer term' and you
thought it went with what you were trying to do?
Do you have any system sounds?
Can you play any sounds at all?
Is this a new thing?
If it is new - what changed between it working and now?
Have you checked that you have the latest sound device drivers installed for
whatever specific sound device and operating system you have?
You need a rational list of items to check (from speakers to drivers
to sound card.) There is a good one in PC Help Desk in a Book
(pub. Que.) My experience has been that Sound on Board (on
the motherboard) fails in about 10 per cent of PCs. You can add
an audio card, but this requires disabling SoB in BIOS (cf. checklist.)
