Sound VOlumne controls

Hi is there a way I can setup my volume control where as
my keyboard volume control only affects the master
volume, not the wave, video, or any other type of
controls at the same time?

Please, also tell me if there's a way to revert this as
well

Use SNDVOL32.EXE. There should be a shortcut to the application in
your Start Menu ("Volume Control").
