Sound volume adjustments

I like windows vista rc1 build 5600, it's very nice. But one issue I do have
is, When you visit a webpage with macromedia videos such as your local
weather station. The volume is always set at low in volume mixer. You can
turn up the volume on the website, which does help a little put if you want
to hear what the video is saying. You have to open volume mixer control and
turn up the volume for macromedia. And this happens every single time you
visit the webpage. I would rather have it. So when I set my volume at 86.
Every single thing that's going to play a sound is automatically set at 86.

I am just the opposite, I like being able to control volume program by
program. I have the audio-shuffler on my side bar, which I can keep at one
volume, and can mute other programs, like regular windows sounds, or programs
that have welcome sounds and stuff.
The good thig is that once you set your volume, say for IE, at least on my
computer, it stays there. I close IE out, and re-start it, the volume set is
at the same place it was when I closed it..
As with any program, some of the new options will take a mnute to get used
to, but once you have it set, you will be surprised. I have only had Vista
for a couple days, and couldn't imagine going back to XP.
