I have Windows XP and have recently discovered the Sound
Recorder, which is a good thing since I want to record 3
minute radio spots which the local station is requesting
on a CD... BUT... I can't get the Sound Recorder to work
for longer than 60 seconds and I need it to go
uninterrupted for 180 seconds. I have checked all over
and cannot find any info on lengthening the time. Can
anyone help me?

Thank you!

Use Audacity. It's free at http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

Thank you both for the support... we will be trying the
extention and checking out Audacity. Thanks!
