Sound Recorder

The sound recorder in Windows XP Pro will only allow for a maximum of 60
seconds recording time. I thought that I had read somewhere that it was
possible to increase this time to almost anything someone might want. Does
someone know how to do that (I hope)? Thanks for any help.
