sound problem

i got an M2N-SLI mobo with soundmax onboard

i use a logitech usb headset without any problems

i have a speaker system that was for my dvd player, got bass and 2 speakers, i tried to connect to my pc but i get no sound, i tried taking my usb headset out but still nothing

are there setting or driver that i might need which i've overlooked ?

maybe some1 can point me in the right direction

Is the Onboard audio switched on within the BIOS?

got it sorted - but the speakers are now the main output

managed to set teamspeak to use headset but would like to use headset for games - and sometimes for films

anybody know where i set this up ?

found the settings - just switch the sound default device in the control panel
