I do not have saound when using internet explorer. My speakers work fine

First thing to check - in IE go to Tools...Internet Options...Advanced tab,
scroll down to the Multimedia section, make sure "Play sounds in web pages"
is checked. If it is, uncheck it, click Apply, Okay, close IE, reboot,
recheck that box, click Apply, Okay and see if that helps. (This is to
'force' the correct registry setting.)
