Sound problem

Hey what up guys. It me again. This time is a DELL 8100 DIM sound
problem.

Problem:
I play mucis and is fine. I play a movie and it has a
scratching sound on it. If a play the movie on a DVD play its fine. I
tryed reinstalling Windows / Audio drives but I can't get the
scratching sound out of my system.

Try updating your sound card and video card drivers,
