Sound Objects Won't Play in PowerPoint

Hey all,

I have a PowerPoint that has linked WAV files inside the presentation. All
the WAV files and the PowerPoint file were zipped and downloaded. This PPT
was posted on my school's website for an assignment. I have Office
Professional 2003. I able to see the sound object on the bottom of each
slide but I am unable to get them to play. I have right-clicked on the sound
object while the presentation was not being viewed in a slide show and
selected to play the sound. Nothing happens. Other people in my group have
been able to get the presentation with sound to work and others haven't. I
was wondering if anyone has an idea of what the problem might be.

Sounds/Movies don't play, images disappear or links break when I move or email a presentation
