sound mystery

My sound works great for several weeks ..... then suddenly I get no sound. I run the Creative Sound Blaster AudioPCI 128D setup.exe and sound is great for weeks again. I've run all the trouble shooting devices and everything is working fine
Any ideas?

Go to the Creative website and see if they have a updated driver. Jym
