Hi,
Is there a way to make the sound level stick to what I set it, i.e.: I set
the master level to 30, and Windows Sound to 15, but frequently the Windows
SOund level is at the same level as the Master.
I can not say which process is jacking up the Windows Sound level, because I
can use whatever program and the level might remain corect, and then the
level might just go up
