Hi,

Is there a way to make the sound level stick to what I set it, i.e.: I set
the master level to 30, and Windows Sound to 15, but frequently the Windows
SOund level is at the same level as the Master.

I can not say which process is jacking up the Windows Sound level, because I
can use whatever program and the level might remain corect, and then the
level might just go up

Same thing here. Never know when the "windows sounds" are going to max out
until DING!
It's a great idea having multiple faders for various audio sources
(programs) but I think there are many bugs or incomplete programming. I wish
there was one default fader for web sites but in fact each web site will
have it's own newly created fader and it defaults to the master fader level.
Which for me is always too loud.
