Sound gets bad on Storyboard

Hi, I have several wmv files that need only to be cut. They sound great when
I play on the top screen on Movie Maker, but when I move to the storyboard to
cut, the sound gets terrible, and it is saved as bad too. I don't know what
else I can do, any help?

"saved as bad too"???
Please supply details, how are you saving? What compression?
On "storyboard" (timeline?) it won't sound too clever, thats to
accommadate the specs of your PC and realtime previewing.
But when saving, it is for you to chose the compression....
How are you saving?
