Hi there,
I am a new member of the news group and also new to windows xp. I have
recently installed a PCI4.1Digital sound card and it seems to have taken
control of all the sound system making it impossible to use windows media
player or any other sound cds like Disney interactive. Even the tour of xp
is distorted so it makes it very difficult to use the programme. Does any
one have any idea how to solve the problem so I can get back my original
sound without having to buy another sound card? or change the operating
system.
I hope this makes sense as I am not that ofey with computers.
Many thanks indeed.
Deryn

I'd suggest asking this in a more appropriate newsgroup: one that deals with
Windows XP (such as microsoft.public.windowsxp.hardware), or possibly one
specific to that brand of sound card.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database program.
