I had a virus on my computer and everything had to be re-
installed. This was done. Previously, I know we had
sound on our computer now we have no sound. I am being
told we do not have a sound card installed. I know it is
there! How do I re-connect it with out taking our
computer somewhere. Hope you can help. Thanks.
 
You'll need to reinstall your soundcard with updated drivers for XP.
When you purchased your PC it should have come with utility or driver
disks. Use them to reinstall.
