Sound Card Issue

Hello I was using AIDA 32 to try to define what Audio
Controller I have onboard... and it gave me teh following
information:

Bus 0, Device 31, Function 5 Intel 82801BA(M) ICH2X/M -
AC'97 Audio Controller [C-0]

Does any one have any ideas as to where I may find the
drivers for the above device I need them for windows 2000.

The AC'97 is your onboard sound. Go to the website for the motherboard and
find the proper drivers. But I think 2000 probably has the drivers for this
card.

You need the drivers by intel for Software Audio devices:

http://www.intel.com/labs/media/audio/index.htm

You should be able to download the drivers from there.
