Sound card interference

I get a lot of background noise ( hissing ) from speakers
and a humming from them when I move Mouse any ideas as to
find out whats effecting them. If I dissable sound card all
is ok ( but I have no sound available ) something must be
effecting something as it wasn't always like this.
