Sound card driver issues

I have a soundpro device that seems to need a driver to
work with XP. I do have an older computer (1999)366
pentium II "throw together". i have tried "hardware
install". anyhow does anyone know where i can find the
driver that will work with the soundpro 8330. the
computer is looking for CMI8330/C3D audio adapter.

I NEED CMI8330/C3D AUDIO ADAPTER driver fo XP!!!!!!!
