Sound, but no video

I made a music-slide show with movie maker and it came out
well. I made a disc for a friend who has a mac. He
downloaded the windows media player for macintosh. He can
get the music (sound) but no slides. I have a XP and the
photos were JPEG. What might the problem be to get the
photo slides to show up on his mac?
 
Does he have the Windows Media 9 Version of the Mac Player. There has been
a recent update to the player, and if you published the video in a Windows
Media 9 the old Mac Player will not show the video. Ask him to download the
latest player.

Downloaded Medial 9 for Mac and still get only sound, but
no video. Giving up. Thanks anyway.
