Sound but no Video

I've loaded all my clips in the file and can watch them at the example screen
but when I drag them to the timeline/storyboard I only get sound. They are
..wmv files, so they should work but they don't.

What should I do to get the timeline/storyboard working with video?

When you drag and drop, are you dropping on the video line or the audio line.
If you drop a clip on the audio you will only get audio.
