sound and video not in sync in wmv file (but OK in Project File)

When I view my project (in project file) the sound and video are in sync,
but when I save to wmv the sound is fractionally ahead of the video. I have
tried rebooting machine etc. but problem remains. Does anyone have any
ideas on this?
