SOS-HACKED or VIRUS

HI ALL

My Win2000 server suddenly come out the following error

1. I can not run any exe file even I pointed and double click even cmd.exe or regedit.exe
"can not find the file or its component..........."

2 Even I can not right click destop to set display, when I select property will comes with this error :
" Access to the specified devoce, path or file denied

Is my server being hacked, or virus

Please help

Not a hack, but a virus.

You need to run a complete virus scan with current signatures.

You also need to do an in-depth review of your anti-virus
methods.

That sounds like the SWEN virus - most anti-virus software sites have a free
fix available for this.
