Sorting the data in descending order

Hello All,

Is there a way to sort the data in descending order so that the "-"
(hyphens) appear at the bottom instead of appearing at the top?
 
More explanation is needed on your range of data in order to know what needs
to be sorted

Create a custome sort with your hyphens on the bottom of data
