Sorting music files by Track Number

Hi,

Does anyone know how to sort files by track number? Or any programs I can
use to place them all in track number order?

I wish to sort a selection of albums in track order.

I think you'd need third party software for this as Win2k will just treat
them as files and sort by name ...perhaps Windows XP might be able to do it
for you (there's a track number column you can add to your view in Explorer)
 
Hi,

Do you know any third party software which would have this feature? My
computer would not be able to hold Win XP due to spec as my PC's a bit old.

Can't think of anything that will work in Explorer...you'd need to do some
googling. But your multimedia/music software can probably handle this in its
own interface, right?
