Sorting in start menu

Hello

Can someone help me with the following, sometimes, the list of programs in
Start > All Programs is not sorted autimatically, why & how to resolve this
problem knowing that it can be sorted by right clicking.

This is by design. The last Windows version, that auto-sorted the
menu, was Windows 95.
 
I think you answered your own question. Right clicking gives you a sort
option.
