Sorting hHstory to view only documents associated with Contact.

I have been using Act! to manage my contacts for the last several years and
switched to BCM last week. In Act! you had the ability to sort a contacts
history to only view the documents associated with them. I have yet to find
this in BCM. Is there anyway to make a custom field to accomplish this? Any
help would be great.

The history tab on the contact form has all the activities (incl.
docs) associated with that contact.
 
Evan:

When you go into the Communication History view for a contact, you can
choose different views. One or more of them have the Item Type column.
Click on that column header and it will sort by type. You can then find the
attached files in one group. Does that answer your question?
