Sorting events

I would like to use Outlook Calendar for a vacation schedule. I believe it
would work best by entering events with the employee names as the subject.
However, Outlook seems to automatically alphabetize the events by subject
each day. I would like to keep the events in the order I enter them, due to
employee seniority issues.

Is there any way to stop the alphabetizing?

All day events will always be alphabetized. If you want them in a
particular order, include numbers in from of the names; i.e.,

01 Sharon
02 Ralph
03 John
04 Frank
