Sorting E-mail Rules

I currently have 96 E-mail Rules set up in Outlook 2003. It'd be nice if
there were a way to sort the rules alphabetically (since there's no other
hierarchy I need applied) in order to help me keep the rules organized.
Continually clicking the up and down arrows until I've placed the rules in
alphabetical order is tedious! (Even a drag-and-drop mechanism would be
better than the arrows.) Any suggestions for me? Or should I suggest an
alphabetical sort option/drag-and-drop option to Microsoft? (If I should
suggest this, where do I go to make the suggestion?) Thank you.

Rules have precedence and are applied in the order they're listed.
Arbitrarily sorting them into some other order can have inintended side
effects. You need to be aware of the effects of changing the rule order.
