Sorting Contacts

Yes. It would help if you specified in what view you wanted to sort them.

Sorry. I thought you meant in what order I wanted them sorted. I would like
to sort them in my contacts folder view and then sort them to print out in
alphabetical order by last name.

The answer would depend on which Contacts View you are using. Most will give
you the option of going to View > Current View > Customize Current View and
set your Sort... field there.
Bear in mind this will not affect the view in the Address Book.
