I am using Outlook 2002. When I'm preparing to send an
e-mail and open the "Select Names" box, by clicking on
the address book icon to the left of the "To..." box , my
contact list shows the entries as first name then last
name. Is there any way to have the list come up last
name then first name?
Thank you in advance

Yes, and the answer is posted here several times a day.
Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there

Hey, I'd like to know the answer to that one also. I updated from 2000 and these microsoft monkeys changed the way my "TO" box handles the names, now I have to figure out how to access all my customers
What a rip off.
