Hi all, quick question. I have about 100 entries in my current address
book, and they are sorted last name, first name in the address card view.
Without clicking on each card, and changing the file as box from last, first
to first last for each one, is there a faster way to change all of them so
they are sorted first name last name? Thanks for any help.

Thanks for your help Russ.

If you're not bothered about the way the 'File As' is displayed then you can
still sort them all by clicking on the View menu and choosing 'Current View'
(or 'Arrange by' then 'Current View' in Outlook 2003) then 'Customise
Current View'. Click on the Sort button and choose to sort by 'Last name'
then 'First name', your cards should now be sorted but this won't have
changed the 'File As' settings.
