I am using Outlook 2002. Each time I add a new email address to my address book, it goes to the bottom instead of showing up in alpha order I've specified (in Address Book Tools/Options/Peronal Address book Properties/Show Names by..). I also imported an address book from OE6 and it stacked those addresses "on top of" (before) all the existing addresses instead of blending them in alphabetically with the rest of them. HELP me Russ!

Let's verify whether you are using the Personal Address Book. If you are,
you should consider using the Outlook Address Book instead. It replaced the
PAB years ago and can be sorted here:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there

Yes I am using the PAB but I'm not tied to that. How can I move my addresses to the Outlook Address Book?
