I am using XP-SP2 and IE6.
I customize the order of my IE links (favorites subfolder), so that the
most-used links appear across the top of the screen, and when I display
the others they are listed down the side in the order I want them.
For the third time in a week, the links have reverted back to
alphabetical order, and I have to re-sort. This is despite the fact
that the toolbars remain locked.
When I was using IE 6 on Windows 98 SE (for 5 years, until about two
months ago), this problem never occured, except after a few system
crashes.
Any ideas on likely culprits, and how to stop this from happening?
Other than this. IE6 and my system in general seem very stable and
predictable.
Thanks,
RL
