Is there a way for a user to select the sort order for a
report at the time of printing?
Thanks to a post from Joan Wild on 7/11/2003, we now have
a table that stores report name, user-friendly name and a
description of the report for 50 or so reports. On a form
based on the table, we have a list box of the reports, a
text box and a command button. Select the report to
print, it appears in the text box and then hit the print
command button. Very neat!
In some cases, we actually have two reports for the same
data: one alpha and one numeric. We would like to have
just one report where the user selects the sort order
prior to printing.
If we can do this, we would appreciate your suggestions.
Thanks,
