Sort order of "select names box".

My contact list is displaying last name, first name
correctly. But, when I try to send a new email and click
on To: the sort order is first name, last name. How can
I get this to sort last name, first name?
 
Outlook 2002, SP-2.

Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there
