Sort order for Open File Dialog Box

When I use File>Open from any program, the dialog box
lists the files in the order from oldest to most recent, I
want it to list in alphabetical order instead.

Does anyone know where/how I can change the settings so
the Open Dialog box lists my files in alphabetical order.

You can fix this one yourself with the information found here. You can merge it right in or use REGEDIT to change the values manually (which is what I did
