sort of OT--MusicMatch and mp3's

I've ripped all our CD's to MusicMatch but I've found they are in different
folders.
For the moment I would like them all together and available to all users.
We have 4 users.
Most of the mp3's are either in
D&S\Administrator\My Docs\My Music
or
D&S\Owner\My Docs\My Music

Can I move them en masse to one folder all together and will they be all
available to all 4 users?

Maybe D&S\All Users\My Docs\My Music

I hope I'm not being too unclear!!

move them all to the shared documents folder, that way they will be
available to anyone who used the computer.
