Sort in Dialog Box

Hi,

While open dialog box from a web, the itms are sorted by names.

How to sort those items by date, as default?

What type of dialog box?

If the dialog box is part of the website, then you will not be able to configure it since it is part of the website code.
 
Is it possible to define the Open File dialog box to sort the items by
modified date, as default?

Maybe I should change any registry key?
