Sort & Display items in order created

Outlook 2003 - Does anyone know how to do this? We post time off to a shared
calendar in seniority order and want them to list in order created. It is
sorting them alphabetically. When I go to Customize Current View, the sort
option is not available.
 
the only way would be to use the created or modified date fields, both of
which only work in a table view, not day/week/month.
 
Is this unique to 2003, or is it also a limitation in newer versions? No one
that I know uses Table view.
 
it's a limitation of all versions.
