I have Outlook 2000.

When I compose a new message I click on the "TO" button to see all my
contacts (NOT PAB) - they are sorted by First Name and then Last Name. How
can I sort them by Last Name, First Name in this list?

Thanks.

Ty

Always post your mail support mode when inquiring about Outlook 2000. We
can't guess it.

Corporate/Workgroup mode:
Tools menu > Services > Highlight the Outlook Address Book service > Click
Properties > Set sort order

Internet Mail Only:
Tools menu > Address Book > View menu > Sort by

Russ - thanks for your reply, however, there is no "Sort by" in the view menu.

Keep looking. If you're in IMO, it's there. If not, you're not in IMO.
