Sort contacts by date added

I'm working in an office with just 2 users running Outlook 03 on a hosted
exchange server. When user #1 (my boss) adds an entry to her contacts list,
user#2 (me) needs to know about it because I need to add newly acquired
contacts to our newsletter subscriber list, which is done completely
separately from outlook, using a 3rd party mass-mailer/subscription manager.

I've set her contacts folder so I have owner-lever permissions. I was
hoping when she added stuff, it would show up as unread on my end and I could
just view unread cards when I saw that the # of entries had changed. But
nothing is showing as unread.

So I'm thinking of 3 possible solutions:

1.) Is there a way to view/sort by Date Added?

2.) Barring that, if I were to make a copy of her whole contacts folder,
could I then periodically run some script (mind you i haven't the slightest
idea how to do that) to compare her contacts folder to the copy and quickly
see what changes were made?

3.) Create a folder in my boss' contacts called "New" and try to get her to
remember to put new entries there. Then after I've copied the info onto our
subscriber list, I could move them over into the main folder. This may
appear to be the simplest solution, but given that after 3 years, I still
can't get my boss to quit storing all of her documents on her desktop! I fear
it would not go so smoothly.

Alternately - and this would REALLY be useful - can someone tell me how I
could have Outlook automatically sync my boss' contacts folder with a public
folder?
I could then see the new entries AND I could set the public folder as an
Address Book for myself, which I can't do with my boss' personal contacts
folder.
