We are using Outlook 2003 (with Exchange 2003) on Windows XP Pro. When
sorting messages by sender - depending on the message selected the sort will
either leave that email selected or jump to the top of the list. It seems
that senders beginning with the letters A-M remain selected after the sort,
while letters N-Z will jump to the top of the list. This does not happen on
with all the users, only a few. All products are up to date with
servicepacks.
Currently, we are using the workaround of typing the name of the sender
after sorting to have the selection jump back to them in the list.
Is there any fix for this issue?
